An investment of $11 million
Pont-Rouge, September 28, 2023 - After several months of construction, the 103rd Super C store officially opened its doors this morning in Pont-Rouge, at Carrefour Medway. Thanks to a $11 million investment, this new 36,000 square foot store has created approximately 60 jobs. The inauguration took place on Wednesday evening in the presence of many dignitaries and members of the management.
Grocery shopping in store or online
Located at 22 Route de la pinière, Super C Pont-Rouge is opening in a brand-new building. The banner, which was recently recognized by Protégez-vous magazine for offering the lowest-priced grocery basket in Quebec, is also inaugurating its 9th store in the Québec region. In keeping with the evolving needs of consumers, customers can shop in the spacious aisles of the store or online through the click and collect option. In addition, self-serve checkouts have been installed, as in all Super C stores, to speed up and improve customer service.
To celebrate this major investment in the community, the store also presented a $5,000 cheque to Moisson Québec, a long-time partner, notably through our food recovery program One More Bite.
Super C, the best quality-price ratio
The new team is ready to offer the community a wide variety of fresh products and groceries, adapted to local demand, at very competitive prices. And that's what Super C is known for: offering fresh and quality products at low prices. The Super C store in Pont-Rouge also offers meats prepared onsite by a team of experts, a wide variety of large-format products, many organic and natural products, a selection of craft beers and microbrews, as well as Première Moisson products. At the helm of this team is Gabriel Trépanier, who has been passionate about food for 40 years.
