Montreal, October 31, 2017 - METRO confirms that it is aware that a Competition Bureau investigation into supply of commercial bread is underway. This investigation concerns certain suppliers and Canadian retailers.
METRO fully cooperates with the authorities.
Legal compliance is fundamental to METRO. Moreover, the Corporation has a Code of conduct in place applicable to all employees.
The Company will not make any further comments at this time.
