Ms. Rivard serves on the board of directors of Ivanhoe Cambridge Inc. and is
chair of its Investment Committee and member of its Human Resources,
Governance and Audit Committees. From 1989 to 2009, she has held various
positions at BMO Capital Markets, including Vice-President and Managing
Director, Corporate and Investment Banking – Montréal. From February 2014
to 2015, she acted as Special Advisor to the Governor of the Bank of Canada.
She holds an MBA from Concordia University (John Molson School of Business)
and is a graduate of the Directors Education Program of the Institute of
Corporate Directors (ICD).
