Mr. Giroux has been President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since September 2026. He joined the Company in 2009 as Vice‑President of Marketing and has since held several management positions, including Executive Vice‑President and Chief Operating Officer from 2022 to 2026. In addition to a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.), Mr. Giroux has also completed advanced training at Harvard Business School and at the École supérieure des sciences économiques et commerciales (ESSEC) in Paris. He also served as chairman of the board of directors of Fibrose Kystique Québec for several years and as a member of the board of directors of Le Phare, Enfants et Familles for six years.
