Ms. Brouillette is a member of the board of directors of Hydro-Québec, where she serves as chair of the audit committee, and of Transat A.T. Inc., where she sits on the human resources and governance committee. She served on the board of Previan Technologies Inc, between 2022 and 2025. Between 2019 and 2025, she was Chief Financial Officer of the Aldo Group. Prior to that, she held senior leadership roles at Keurig Dr Pepper. Earlier in her career, she held executive finance positions at Colabor Group, Reader’s Digest, Pratt & Whitney Canada, and Groupe St-Hubert, where she became President and Chief Executive Officer in 2006. She began her career as a Senior Auditor at Coopers & Lybrand. Ms. Brouillette obtained a Bachelor of Accounting Science from the Université du Québec in Montréal in 1987 and a Bachelor of Commerce, with distinction, from McGill University in 1986.
