(Montréal, June 17, 2011) – Metro Inc. has been informed that the Regroupement des Marchands Actionnaires Inc. (the “Regroupement”) has not appealed the May 17, 2011 Quebec Superior Court’s ruling in favour of Metro Inc. The judgement is therefore final and puts an end to the proceedings instituted by the Regroupement 8 years ago.
